AI Dance Generator Acceptable Use & Photo Consent

Use images, references and audio you are permitted to process, and treat the people depicted with care.

Permission for each input

You must have the rights and authority needed to upload and transform each image, video, character and sound recording. A photo being public does not make every use of it permissible. Obtain any required consent for the person's likeness and the intended distribution of the result.

Do not imply that a person performed, endorsed or approved something merely because an AI model placed them in a scene. Label synthetic portrayals when needed to avoid misleading an audience. Templates named after a trend do not establish affiliation with its artists or creators.

Children and family content

Only an authorized adult may submit a real child's photo, with the necessary parent or guardian permission. Use age-appropriate, nonsexual scenes and preserve child-appropriate appearance. An original fictional child character can avoid processing a real child's identity, but it is subject to the same content restrictions.

Sexualized content involving minors, exploitation, grooming, humiliation or abuse is prohibited. Do not make a child appear to participate in dangerous, sexual or degrading conduct. Review the complete output for changes in age, clothing, anatomy and context before sharing it.

Prohibited conduct

Do not use the service for nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, targeted harassment, threats, hateful abuse, fraud or deceptive impersonation. Do not fabricate a person's participation in a consequential event or create false evidence of wrongdoing.

Do not upload stolen credentials, malware or confidential documents as source material. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, payment limits, provider restrictions or abuse safeguards. Automated activity must not interfere with service reliability or other users.

Pets, characters and publication

Use pet photos and artwork with permission. Generated animal movement is fictional and should not be presented as proof of an animal performing an action. Do not promote cruelty or harmful handling to reproduce an AI result in real life.

Before publishing, check every visual and audio element. The service does not grant a universal music licence or guarantee that a generated output is commercially usable. Remove or replace material for which you lack the required permission.

Reports and enforcement

Report a concern through Contact with the affected task or media reference and a clear explanation. Do not circulate harmful content more widely to make a report. Requests will need enough detail to locate the material and understand the concern.

Access or content may be restricted when necessary to address abuse, security, rights complaints or legal requirements. If you believe a decision is mistaken, contact support with the relevant account or task reference. These rules do not remove rights that applicable law requires.
