Support and privacy channels

Customer support: support@aidancegenerator.site. Privacy requests: privacy@aidancegenerator.site. Include the relevant task, order or account reference so we can locate the issue. Never send your password or full payment-card details.

Operator: John Yan. Region: Hong Kong. Public business contact details: support@aidancegenerator.site. Use these contact channels for questions about this service.

Generation or download problem

Include your account email, the effect you selected, the task ID and what happened. For a video issue, give the approximate time in the clip and describe whether the problem concerns appearance, motion, sound or download. A screenshot of an error can help; avoid including unrelated personal information.

Check the task status before submitting the same job again. A disconnected browser does not tell you whether processing stopped. If a task finished but its file cannot be opened, keep the task reference and report the player or download error.

Payments and credit balances

Include the order reference, date, amount and currency shown on the receipt. Explain whether the issue is a duplicate charge, missing purchased credits, an unexpected task deduction or an unused-pack refund request. Credit restoration and card refunds are separate operations.

Never send a full card number, security code, password, authentication token or API key. If support needs to verify account ownership, it should use a proportionate verification process rather than ask for your sign-in credentials.

Privacy, likeness and rights requests

Identify the affected account or media URL and the action you are requesting. If you are reporting content on behalf of another person, explain your authority to act. Do not attach an identity document unless a verified, necessary process specifically requests it.

For a copyright or likeness concern, identify the material and explain the rights involved. We need enough detail to locate the content and assess the request. Removing a form thumbnail or signing out does not itself erase stored files or payment records.
