Terms for using AI Dance Generator, buying credits and sharing synthetic media.

Service and operator

AI Dance Generator at aidancegenerator.site is operated by John Yan, Hong Kong. Contact support@aidancegenerator.site for service questions and privacy@aidancegenerator.site for privacy requests. These terms take effect on 13 October 2026.

The active tool describes the available inputs and settings. A guide to a dance or trend does not mean that generation for that trend is available.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy credits. Keep your account information accurate and secure your sign-in account. You are responsible for requests you authorize. Report unauthorized activity to support.

An adult may upload a child’s photograph only with the necessary parent or guardian permission and for an age-appropriate use. Account eligibility does not permit harmful or sexualized depictions of children.

Your inputs and permissions

You retain rights you already hold in your inputs. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process each photo, video, voice, music recording and likeness. Uploading and submitting a task permits us and our service providers to process and deliver that task. It does not grant us a general right to use your likeness in advertising.

Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, harassment, sexual exploitation, illegal content or misleading claims of endorsement. Our Acceptable Use Policy applies. Example availability does not grant third-party music, character or publicity rights.

Synthetic results

AI outputs can change faces, anatomy, age, outfits, scenery, choreography and timing. No exact identity, frame-by-frame motion, unique output or copyright protection is guaranteed. Watch the full video before sharing. Disclose synthetic content where viewers could otherwise mistake it for a real event or endorsement.

Commercial use depends on your rights in every input and soundtrack and the applicable provider terms. A completed task does not itself establish those rights.

Credits, billing and cancellation

Prices are in USD unless checkout says otherwise; applicable tax is added at checkout. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no renewal. Their credits expire one year after grant. Monthly subscriptions bill and grant credits each billing period; unused credits expire at that period’s end. Yearly subscriptions bill once per year and grant the full twelve-month allowance upfront; those credits expire at the annual billing period’s end. Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred.

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancel through Settings → Billing before the next renewal, or contact support if that control is unavailable. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not itself refund a past charge or extend existing credits. Checkout shows the total and billing interval before you pay.

The generator shows the credit charge before submission. Each new attempt may incur another charge. Closing the browser does not cancel an accepted job. Technical-failure credit restoration and payment refunds are addressed in the Refund Policy.

Storage, access and changes

Download outputs you want to keep. Uploaded and generated media have a 30-day retention period in our service; deletion is currently handled manually as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not offer permanent archival storage or promise a completion time.

We may restrict access to investigate abuse, security issues, payment disputes or legal requirements. Contact support with an order or task reference to challenge an error. Hong Kong law governs these terms subject to mandatory rights applicable to you. Nothing excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be identified on this page and, where required, communicated before applying to new purchases.
